The Situation

When our client decided it was time to sell, he realized his home was not "showing ready". He had an amazing passion for painting, and his works filled the walls. Also, some of his furnishings did not quite fit the space.

The Solution

He agreed to apply a fresh coat of paint to his walls, declutter and deep clean. Our team then came in and reorganized some furnishings along with bringing in some pieces of our own. Lastly, we made sure we priced the home right. The home was located close to a busy freeway, so the list price had to be an attractive number to excite buyers to view the home.

The Results

The final product was picture perfect! We brought our seller multiple offers the first weekend we hit the market and achieved $69,000 over list! To say he was happy is an understatement.
