The Situation
When our client started her home search, her budget kept her search to condos. Not only were we operating in a competitive Seller's Market, but she also had a sweet Dalmatian that needed to fit the HOA criteria for pets.
Our options were limited, and we were getting outbid.
The Solution
When this townhome in Scripps Ranch hit the market, we knew it was the one. It lives like a single family home, no pets restrictions, and nicely updated. Due to previous experiences with other offers we had submitted, the client agreed we needed to be aggressive on this one.
The Results
With some negotiations and having great rapport with the listing agent, we got our client the home.
She continues to enjoy the space with her sweet dog and is enjoying the shortened commute to work.
